Bittersweet irony, this. I've been working on an update on "Where is our city dog park?" just at the time 300 malnourished, bug-and-parasite infested domestic and farm animals were allegedly found on an 80-acre property near Pleasant Hope. And another group of maltreated dogs, approximately 30, were allegedly found at the same time, dumped in Greene County.
